I have heard after having a non surgical nose job you may need a touch up a few weeks later. Why would you need it so soon on. I know it is about how the filler settles but does that mean it will completely go back to your old nose in a matter of weeks? Is it safe after a few weeks and would you recommend this?

Answer: Several treatments may be necessary for a desired result.
For the reasons that you cite, we do not endorse the use of temporary gel fillers in the nose. In our practice we specialize in the use of microdroplet Silikon-1000 which is not associated with vascular occlusion and necrosis. I hope This helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I reviewed all of your photos, and I do not see any bumps involving the tip of your nose on the right side. If you do have a small bump that consists of scar tissue depending on your examination, a dilute steroid injection might be reasonable. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Everyone's nose is very swollen the first 3 months after rhinoplasty surgery. The best way to get advice on your current condition would be to re-ask your question with both before and after photos. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
