Your experience could be caused from several different reasons, including capsular contracture. It is difficult to determine without an in person assessment. You may want to contact your plastic surgeon and have an ultrasound or MRI of the implants. I wish you luck.

Yes it does appear that you have a CC- but you have textured implants so you should also be evaluated for BIA-ALCL which is an unusual and rare lymphoma that can occur around old textured implants and present in a similar fashion. Time to check in with your PS.

You probably have a capsule contracture, especially if it is hard. Otherwise, you may have some fluid around the implant. Please go to a plastic surgeon and be checked. this is fixable.

Hello and thanks for your question. In the picture that you sent, It can be clearly seen that you have capsule construction and your implants has to be renewed with the new ones. Capsule construction is one of the main complications of the breast implant operation. It can happen regardless of the technique of the surgery and doctor's talent. During the procedure, capsule will be cleaned and the doctor will change the old implants with the new ones.
To not having the problems once again, I strongly suggest you to have your procedure with board certified surgeon who has experienced in breast implant revision with capsule removal.
