Is Silicone and fat density the same?

Dear zknucks,breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. so silicone is more dense but volume wise, a cc is a cc regardless of where you get it from so it would have been nice to know how much volume was removed.  If you wanted to keep your size and be fuller on top, you should be close to what you asked for.  If you wanted to be smaller and perkier, your surgeon did not give you what you were wanting.  The differences you mention between what you got and what you anticipated would have produced an outcome about a cup size smaller.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon and find out where the communication went astray and see if he/she can revise you under his/her revision policy
