I recently underwent a reduction surgery with implant for upper fullness. They felt large, so after surgery I asked what was removed from my breast tissue and he said almost 400 grams on each breast, and I was shocked to find out I had received 470cc silicone implant!! (I was under the assumption of 300-350cc before going in). 6 months later, I feel just as large, and now want another reduction surgery. Did I even get a reduction in size per DR standards? 400 grams removed, 470cc inserted?
