Is it possible to surgically remove belly button piercing holes? (Photo)

I have 2 holes on my belly from belly button piercings. One from the first time and because the skin got too thin I got it pierced again. Is it possible to get rid of the holes? I would prefer 1 small scar than 2 holes

I suggest getting this treated for the infection and "decolonization" of your body and then doing laser treatments to improve the final results.  Silicone gel and topical antibiotic should be employed now.  Best, Dr. Emer.
