I go in 6 weeks post-op because I have an infection. He told me about our dirt and it contains staph and it could be from dogs or animals at home. I wish I would have known this before surgery considering my profession is dog/animal grooming. Which I also made him aware of at the time of consultation. Makes since but the scar I had was actually from MRSA which I informed him offs well. So of course my biggest concern was getting an infection in a scar I paid to fix.
