Thank you for the question and photo. From your picture, it appears that you have some mild hypertrophy of the skin that has been pierced. However, at three months, the scar is probably at its "thickest" and may improve with passage of time. In addition, it does not appear to be a keloid which would warrant intervention with a steroid injection sooner.
