Rest assured that Botox and fillers are temporary and so are their side effects and complications. As some complications can be corrected (or at least improved) I would recommend a follow up with the surgeon who performed the Botox and filler injection. It's unlikely that what you're describing will be permanent.  You should, of course, speak with your plastic surgeon about this and go over exactly what was done, and why.  If it's an issue regarding the Botox there isn't anything to reverse it BUT it will get better on its own, and probably sooner rather than later, as the adverse effects of Botox tend to dissipate faster than the overall effects.  If it's from the filler (the Restylane) then you may be able to reverse some of the effects with hyaluronidase.Either way, speak with your surgeon about how to reverse or manage some of the effects of your treatment.I hope that this helps and good luck,Dr. Alan EnglerMember of RealSelf100
