I have back neck and shoulder pain, and deep marks from bra straps and bad posture. I find it very difficult to sit or stand up straight without extreme back pain, and it is difficult to work out because of the stress on the tissue whenever I do any form of vigorous movement. I have been this size for about 4 years. I also have slight scoliosis. I know I am a bit underweight and this is partially due to a fear of becoming even more disproportionate if I were to put on any weight.
Answer: Breast Reduction Candidate Candidates for #BreastReduction surgery are women who wish to have smaller #breasts to achieve a more proportional appearance or to alleviate physical discomfort. Breast reduction can correct symptoms from excessively #largeheavybreasts that may cause the inability to do certain exercises, or create back, shoulder and neck pain, poor posture, bra-strap shoulder indentations and chafing or rashes under the breasts. Women experiencing these discomforts may benefit from Breast Reduction, also called #ReductionMammoplasty. Furthermore, large breasts may interfere with normal daily activities or exercise and will be more comfortable when reduced. Women who feel that their excessive breast size decreases a sense of attractiveness and self-confidence, or results in unwanted attention are also candidates.

Answer: Breast Reduction From your description it sounds like you a breast reduction may be the procedure for you. Unfortuantely I cannot determine if you are a candidate without seeing you in person. Generally speaking, a reduction in the size of the breasts that still maintains your aesthetic body image would likely result in relief from back, neck and shoulder pain caused by your breast size.

Answer: Candidate for breast reduction Based on the photo that you have attached (too small imo)...NO. You are not a candidate for breast reduction..insurance or no insurance...more than likely what you will need is more of a breast lift. Your issue is more likely due to loss of projection of your breasts. All your functional complaints are valid even in patients with ptotic (droopy) breasts that are not where they need to be on your chest. Also based on your age, you will regret getting a reduction. You will be back in someone's office about 5-10 years later asking for an augmentation. Been there and done that. Hope this helps and not confuses you more. You need to be seen and examined by a plastic surgeon to help you decide.Dr VasishtSouth Jersey Plastic Surgery
