I am 2 1/2 years post op surgery to fix a slightly deviated septum. The surgery was a failure whereas my intentions were for surgery purely for cosmetic reasons, however, doctor performed bridge widening osteotomies and installed spreader grafts to increase turbinate size and breathing instead. Can this be error be repaired and grafts removed to make nose smaller and less wide as was prior?
