I had submental lipo around 10 days ago and am experiencing some hard lumps and bumps right under my chin. Could the surgeon have missed fat deposits there or is this totally normal? It feels harder almost every day and I'm a bit concerned. I loved how it looked day 1, but it seems to have gone downhill since then. I've been wearing the compression garmet daily for about 12 hours a day but I don't think it's tight enough directly under my chin. How can I make it tighter?
