I had chin lipo done yesterday under local at 1pm. Is this pain normal?

It went very smooth at night 10 PM I had extreme pain like on scale it was 10 I took 2 oxycodone. Now its 5 am in the morning I am having extreme pain again is it normal ? Should I take 2 oxycodone again? Plus when this saver pain goes away. I also feel soar throat and bit of headache

Some patients may experience different degrees of pain after chin liposuction. Some patients feel mild discomfort ( the majority), some experience more discomfort. 
Patients with questions and concerns about their immediate post surgical chin lipo pain level  should address those concerns with the surgeon that performed the operation, ideally during a follow up consultation on weekdays or phone call/text to her/his office if over the weekend.

It is normal to feel pain after a procedure and you can take any medications prescribed by your surgeon as needed for pain. I also suggest you follow up or call your surgeon to discuss your pain concerns to make sure you are healing appropriately and not having any post-operative complications.

The pain is usually soreness.  Contact your surgeon with your concerns.  Also, keeping an ice bag on the chin should help alleviate the pain.
