Can I get rid of lacrimal glands because of bilateral swelling? (Photo)

I have bilateral swelling of my lacrimal glands for about 6 months now. I believe the cause is from chronic epstein barr. But I hate the way my eyes look. Is there any chance of getting a plastic surgeon to help me get rid of them? Or am I stuck with them swelling all the time?
