Hi I would love to get some information about if my eye area be morphed into a more technically hunter eye area with straighter eyebrows, less upper eyelid exposure and straight lower eyebrows so the vertical distance of my eyes reduces. I have included a picture of my eyes and two pics of different eyes which I would really like to get and was wondering which type of surgeries should I get to get closer to this? Thanks

Canthopexy by itself will not raise the lower eyelids unless the corner of the eye is also pinched which is not desired. What truly raises the lower eyelids is lower eyelid retraction surgery which can be combined with canthopexy or canthoplasty.
