Would it be possible for me to achieve hunter eyes by having surgery? (Photos)

Question

Hi I would love to get some information about if my eye area be morphed into a more technically hunter eye area with straighter eyebrows, less upper eyelid exposure and straight lower eyebrows so the vertical distance of my eyes reduces. I have included a picture of my eyes and two pics of different eyes which I would really like to get and was wondering which type of surgeries should I get to get closer to this? Thanks

Hi there, This might seem counterintuitive but a small amount of Botox or Dysport might be the best option to achieve the appearance you are looking for, and would have the advantage of not being permanent in case you ultimately decided it wasn't exactly what you wanted. By weakening the forehead muscle we can achieve changes in the brow position and angle.Hope that helps and best wishes, Dr. Donath

Eye shape has to do with many factors including eyelids, eyeballs, and orbits. Changing eye shape is complex and has limitations. What you are describing is partially possible using combination of procedures. Need personal consultation to determine what is realistic.

You can have some reshaping of the eyes and brows however this is based on a combination of issues and has its limitations. I would suggest that you seek some consultations with experts and discuss your options.
