Hi there, This might seem counterintuitive but a small amount of Botox or Dysport might be the best option to achieve the appearance you are looking for, and would have the advantage of not being permanent in case you ultimately decided it wasn't exactly what you wanted. Eye shape has to do with many factors including eyelids, eyeballs, and orbits. Changing eye shape is complex and has limitations. What you are describing is partially possible using combination of procedures. Need personal consultation to determine what is realistic.

You can have some reshaping of the eyes and brows however this is based on a combination of issues and has its limitations. I would suggest that you seek some consultations with experts and discuss your options.
