What are the causes of asymmetry and should I be concerned? The right side of my face had a hematoma and hashealed. It's my left side that appears a bit swollen and larger than the right; especially around the cheek area. What would cause this unbalance? If anything I thought the right side would have swelled more. It's been 9 weeks since my surgery, I would like to know what would produce such a result? I try and stay away from any salty foods. Is a revision as involved as facelift?
