FUE Transplant - Donor density and thickness (Photo)

Looking at the picture it seems you have good density in your donor area. and that your crown is still ok. I would caution you on the size of the procedure... if you are just filling the front and mid scalp areas, it seems to me that you do not need that many grafts to achieve good results. Remember that the number of hairs in the donor zone is limited, and that you will likely need/want to do another transplant in the future. So it is not in your best interest to use most of the donor hairs on the first procedure. Also, make sure you discuss medications such as finasteride and minoxidil with your doctor, to make sure the hair loss is controlled for the future.

From this photo, it seems like you have very good donor density. I don't see any thinning on the crown.
