How many follicular units do I need transplanted for my receding hairline? (Photo)

I'm curious, in my case, how many folicular units I need to be transplanted. I received an estimation from a professional and he said around 2500 folicular units in total. I thought this was way too high for my case, and wanted a second opinion.

My best advice is to follow your instinct; if you don't feel comfortable with the answer you received, then I would see another doctor.
