Hello! First of all thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case. I recommend you Rhinoplasty + Lip Lifting + Chin liposuction surgery. These 3 procedures can be done in one surgery. It is a good combination for you.
Thank you for your question and photos. You may benefit from a combination of procedures to improve your side profile. Rhinoplasty can reshape your nose to complement your other facial features by reducing the dorsal hump and redefining the tip. When considering rhinoplasty, it’s important to note that it is one of the most complex of all plastic surgery procedures, requiring experience, skill, and even artistry to achieve an optimal outcome. You may also benefit from a neck lift to revitalize the appearance of the neck and throat by removing excess fat and skin in this area. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to review your aesthetic goals and help you decide on the best treatment options.
You have that bump on the bridge. Also, the tip of your nose is very strong in its forward projection away from your face. Your nose could be made much less prominent by bringing the tip back closer to your face, and lowering the bridge to match the new position of the tip. Then, when you lower a bump, and when you bring a tip back, it make the nose *look* longer, as if the tip had drooped, so we would elevate the tip as well, which would contribute toward making the nose draw even less unwanted attention. How *much* to elevate the tip, or deproject the nose, or make other changes? We figure that out with morphs, well before surgery. I'd love for you to see some excellent professionally-designed morphs of what could possibly be done with your nose. Morphs could also help you identify better just what's bothering you, and help you set a goal for the rhinoplasty that's accurate for your tastes. Profile and three-quarter views would be particularly important in morphing your nose. (Side note: in my opinion, morphs should really be done by the surgeon, or he should direct an assistant as she makes the morphs. Morphs should be made with a constant eye to what actually *can* be done in surgery, for that particular nose, and the surgeon has that information and judgment best.)Finally, remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. For most noses, it's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery. Read my essay on how to stay out of trouble while selecting a rhinoplasty surgeon. And it also discusses how to take photos that are best for online evaluations.
Thank you for your question and sharing your photographs. The characteristics of the nose on profile could be softened by a reduction in projection of the bridge, slight tip rotation and possibly slight reduction in projection of the tip.The volume under the chin appears to be significantly due to the digastric muscles and submandibular glands as there is a second contour showing below the level of the jawline and above the level of the skin. This means that liposuction typically has limited impact and anterior neck lift would be a more suitable shape change. With the anterior neck lift, the chin projection appears increased and the projection of the nose becomes less dominant. This can be evaluated or computer simulations either in 3D or 3D to allow you to decide on your preferred course of action.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a poorly defined jawline with adequate shin projection. You also may have an over projected nasal profile appearance. If your nose isn’t bothering you, rhinoplasty is not necessary. Depending on your examination, well performed neck liposuction may be considered for achieving a more youthful and feminine profile, neck appearance. Consider consulting with several reputable facial plastic surgeons who offer computer imaging. Hope this helps and thank you for your questions. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph.
Thank-you for your query. You will benefit from some chin/neck liposuction, as well as a rhinoplasty (for your nose), and also some fillers in your cheek area to improve your profile. We usually take 3 D pictures and morph them in your presence, to find out the improvements that you would like. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic surgeon who can help you with all your concerns after examining you.
Based on these photos, you would be a good candidate for following procedures; rhinoplasty (to soften and balance your profile), small chin augmentation and neck contouring (liposuction vs. anterior neck lift?). In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, with known expertise in these procedures, is recommended. Good luck.
In addition to liposuction of your neck a basic rhinoplasty would be helpful. You do not need a chin implant. Make sure you go to a highly experienced rhinoplasty surgeon
Hello. Thank you for your question. When I look at your photo taken from the side profile, I see that you have an excessively fatty under chin, a small chin and a humpy nose. Liposuction never removes all fat. My suggestion for you for your double chin is submentoplasty with a chin implant. Submentoplasty is the process of removing all visible fat in the lowest layer with an incision under your chin, reshaping your under chin, and clarifying your neck and jawline. We remove the fat from the same incision and put a chin implant in your chin. Thus, you can have a very beautiful appearance both from the side and from the front. And for your nose I suggest to have a rhinoplasty procedure. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. With all respect.
Thank you for your questions and for sharing your photographs. As a nose specialist, I can tell you rhinoplasty can reduce your nasal dorsal hump and improve your nasolabial angle by rotating your nasal tip upwards in order to produce a more feminine nose for you.The use of manipulated (morphed) digital clinical photography provides a platform for discussion as to your desires and expectations. Such images are not a guarantee of exact results, but a great tool to ensure that you and your surgeon are on the same wavelength.Best wishes
