Is it safe to have Botox injection (facial cosmetic) if you have ankylosing spondylitis and take TNF blocker and NSAIDs?

I have a condition called ankylosing spondylitis, and I take CIMZIA injection (TNF blocker) and NSAIDs every now and then when I have a flare up. I also sometimes get uveitis which I treat with steroid eye drops. Is it safe to have facial botox?
