I had my second microneedling procedure on Friday and this time added PRP. I was slightly red the first day and had nearly no redness the second day and completely back to normal by day 3 which was unlike my first microneedling procedure (also with a different person than the first) 6 weeks ago. I was very red the first and second day. I just hope I got my money’s worth on the second procedure since it was double the price.

The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour.
