Red Patch on Breast 8 Months PO, This is Normal? (photo)

Question

I had Breast Augmentation (Saline) 8 months ago but 3 months ago I noticed a red dot above my left nipple that I thought was a pimple and I squeezed. (No itch or pain) after weeks I noticed a red patch in the same place and is kind dry and rough still no pain or discharge. Now I have those dots in the other breast and it start to concern me. The patch still the same and no changes so far. Any recommendations? Thanks!

The rash on your breast is almost assuredly unrelated to the implant. It may possibly be a fungal infection of some type but you should see a dermatologist.

The patch looks like a skin reaction and is likely not related to the surgery.  The breast surgeon does need to review it to advise you on the next step to solve the problem

The red spot on your breast is unlikely related to the implant. However, it should be properly evaluated by either a dermatologist or breast surgeon. As stated earlier, this may be Paget's disease and evaluation should not be put off.
