The rash on your breast is almost assuredly unrelated to the implant. It may possibly be a fungal infection of some type but you should see a dermatologist.

The patch looks like a skin reaction and is likely not related to the surgery.  The breast surgeon does need to review it to advise you on the next step to solve the problem

The red spot on your breast is unlikely related to the implant. However, it should be properly evaluated by either a dermatologist or breast surgeon. As stated earlier, this may be Paget's disease and evaluation should not be put off.

This looks like a dermatologic issue. Send this photo to your surgeon, who may want to see you or may recommend a derm consult. Best wishes.

THis area is most likely not related to your breast surgery.   Possibly it is an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis.

The large red spot on the superior part of the areola is definitely unusual and most likely unrelated to the implant and I would have this looked at by a specialist dermatologist to exclude other skin disorders.

The smaller red spots on the other breast are most likely benign and I would not get worried about these at this stage.  Again, I do not think they are related directly to the implants.

Any persistent  "rash"  on the nipple is always a concern and the diagnosis of Padget disease of the nipple must be ruled out.  See your plastic surgeon or a breast surgeon about this.  Padget disease is a form of cancer and is serious.  Don't put this off any longer.
