107lbs, 5'2, pre 32A post 32B+, 270cc anatomical round shaped implant. Right implant seems to have slightly moved out of pocket toward armpit. It is higher, tender and swollen 12 days preop. Answer: Displaced breast implants cannot be massaged into position.
You have a very early case of symmastia. If you wear the standard push up bra as in the white bra you are wearing over time the slight pressure will cause the thin tissue in the cleavage area to lift up. I would recommend you used the Thong Bra or equivalent to prevent this. ...

At 22, I think you'll be just fine with implants. In fact, you can even get silicone if you'd like. Breast implants can not only improve the shape and volume of your breasts, they can help your self image as well. Good luck!
