Is It Normal to Have a Gritty/squishy Feeling when Massaging Implants at 10 Weeks Post Op?

I am 10 weeks post op and my breasts look and feel amazing, I've just recently noticed a weird squishy/gritty feeling in my left breast when I move/massage it but not in my right. I'm worried about cc or rupture. Also I can feel the implant move and can't in the right. I'm meeting with my surgeon but want some urgent advice.....

Thank you for your photos.  Your result is very good.  You are just 6 weeks out and you still will have some settling but your breast during that settling time will not lift up.  Regardless of your surgical outcome aging continues and a lift may be need as you get older. Dr. ES

Thanks for the question. I respect your PS who on such small chest managed to insert 550 cc implant in the total absence of skin envelope needed to have such a large implant inside you. You already look to have massive breast on a small chest and if I see you your total body figure you may go...

It sounds like you are getting great advice from your surgeon. In my opinion sizing a patient for imlants can be simplified. Sizing is not about a number. In fact, I do not even discuss numbers with my patients. If a patient walks through the door and says they want x-cc implants I have to...
