Frontal bossing in a 5 year old. Outgrowth or corrective surgery?

Hello experts. As you can see in the attached pictures my daughters frontal eminences are very bulging. Furthermore her forehead is of square shape. I would like to know if this condition will improve with growth or if she will need corrective surgery to even her forehead. At which age would you recommend surgery? How is the procedure and what results can we expect? Thank you for your help.

Proper diagnosis can not, under any circumstance, be made on the internet. If there is any concern about the growth of a child, then it should be brought to the attention of the pediatrician, the treating doctor.

I can't really tell from the photos what you describe.  I would advise you to see a fellowship trained Craniofacial plastic surgeon and get a proper evaluation.  Good luck!
