I’m a 37 year old female who has breastfed 2 children. There has always been a distinct asymmetry with my breasts but as I’ve been on a weight loss/fitness journey it’s feeling more pronounced. I know you should typically be at your goal weight for cosmetic procedures but this is effecting me, day to day. My question, what would be the most cost effective correction here? I wear a 36 D and my left breast has room and my right breast overflows.

Answer: Breast asymmetry there are many ways to achieve better symmetry with breast surgery. The method would largely be determined by your expectations. A board-certified plastic surgeon would probably be able to give you a number of different choices. From your photographs, it seems like one choice to consider is a breast lift on the small side and a reduuction on the larger side, with attention to making them both the most symmetrical in volume and shape. this may involve lipossuction of the chest wall and parts of the breast. it seems you would benefit from liposuction of the armpit area also.

Answer: Hello Hello, your breasts seem to have a condition called tuberous breast, where the breast does not develop round, but rather develops tubular, that also makes them asymmetrical, in your case you require a breast lift with asymmetrical implants
