What is likely to sag faster, implants behind the muscle or fat transfer/natural breasts? I’m trying to figure out the best longterm option in order to not need a lift in the future. Thank you!

However, I generally advise against injecting fat directly into the breast parenchyma, as it can lead to fat cysts and offers limited benefits. Small implants can provide more lasting results, and fat injections can be used to subtly enhance the breast contour. Hope this helps.

Answer: Breasts Implants placed behind the muscle have some extra support from the muscle. However, the breast is not supported by the muscle. Adding more volume like fat makes the breast heavier and higher risk of sagging. With implants, there is always a potential second surgery. Breast may sag with age, especially after menopause.
