I am confused by so many skin options out there. My goal is to tighten (lift) and improve skin texture/discoloration. I am 45 years old and am starting to see some laxity near my lower cheeks and tired eyes as well as hyperpigmentation and fine lines. What would be a better option between Tempsure Envi or Picosure? I know picosure does skin resurfacing (which I do want) and Tempsure does not, but does PS tighten as well as Tempsure Envi? Should I do combo of both?
