Which is better between Picosure and Tempsure? (Photo)

Hi,I understand.  There are so many laser and procedure options out there.  Picosure is usually reserved for hyperpigmentation on darker skin clients.  From the picture, it appears that you are more on the fair side, is that correct?  If so, I'd recommend the Palomar Icon for you... the 'three for me' treatment will take care of pigment, redness. It will also get rid of superficial lines, soften deeply etched wrinkles, and give you an apparent firmness and lift (through collagen production).  Be sure to do your research, speak with several MDs well versed in cosmetic medicine before making your decisions.Also, in the meantime, chemical peels would be great for you too.  Best,Dr. Huo

Both devices are great options for you, although they both do different things. Tempsure is great for skin tightening and helping with skin laxity. PicoSure helps with overal skin rejuvenation and will help reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation from sun damage and will give more of an even skin tone and texture. I would recommend PicoSure laser skin rejuvenation to help with even skin tone and this will also help with collagen and maintenance of the skin.
