Enlarged veins with tiny bumps throughout. What are my options? (Photo)

When opening and closing my fist or doing something strenuous my forearm veins bulge and are enlarged they also have tiny bumps throughout the veins, this has never happened before,I’m a thin 44 yr old women who recently had unintentional weight loss had blood work done with low red blood cell and high white blood cell distribution. Any idea why the veins are enlarged and what the bumps may be? Despite this looking like a bodybuilders arm, I do not work out.My veins normally are not like this

Yes our doctor does inject veins inside the mouth with a sclerotant. It might be a bit uncomfortable though, but mouths heal really quickly.

Smayar, thank you for sharing your question. A picture would be helpful, but here are some general thoughts... tretinoin does not directly treat spider veins, however after several months of use it does cause thickening of the dermis and epidermis, which incidentally may help mask the spider...
