Enlarged veins with tiny bumps throughout. What are my options? (Photo)

When opening and closing my fist or doing something strenuous my forearm veins bulge and are enlarged they also have tiny bumps throughout the veins, this has never happened before,I’m a thin 44 yr old women who recently had unintentional weight loss had blood work done with low red blood cell and high white blood cell distribution. Any idea why the veins are enlarged and what the bumps may be? Despite this looking like a bodybuilders arm, I do not work out.My veins normally are not like this
