How soon after Tummy Tuck and liposculpture of back can you start ultrasonic cavitation?

I am 4 weeks post op from a tummy tuck and liposculpture of the full back and wondering if ultrasonic cavition or bipolar rf will help tighten my skin.

I'm not sure why you're having difficulty sexually. The anatomic machinery necessary for orgasm is intact after abdominoplasty. The physiologic stress of recovery may have something to do with it but I would expect full recovery in time.
