Trouble having an orgasm 9 weeks after full Tummy Tuck. Any suggestions?

This is not a question that I have heard before, but I'll give it a shot.  At 9 weeks you may not be feeling quite like yourself both from a cosmetic standpoint and from an exertional standpoint.  Tummy tucks can have both a physical and psychological effect on the body and can be quite draining.  Additionally, there may be some differences in your actual anatomy such as pubic/clitoral distortion and especially if liposuction was done in that region, there may still be quite a bit of swelling.  Because of gravity, that region is the last to say goodbye to swelling.  My advice would be to be patient and give yourself time to heal.  Good luck and take care.
