Trouble having an orgasm 9 weeks after full Tummy Tuck. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure why you're having difficulty sexually. The anatomic machinery necessary for orgasm is intact after abdominoplasty. The physiologic stress of recovery may have something to do with it but I would expect full recovery in time.

Other than lifting of the mons and
groin region (which you mentioned), there is no anatomic or physiologic reason
a tummy tuck would prevent orgasm. There is an expected emotional roller
coaster of sorts that patients go through in the recovery period and perhaps
you are experiencing a psychological block related to this. To be on the safe
side, get a full exam and workup from your primary care doctor to
rule out any medical problems. If negative, then counseling with a sex
therapist may be helpful . . .

This is not a question that I have heard before, but I'll give it a shot.  At 9 weeks you may not be feeling quite like yourself both from a cosmetic standpoint and from an exertional standpoint.  Tummy tucks can have both a physical and psychological effect on the body and can be quite draining.  Additionally, there may be some differences in your actual anatomy such as pubic/clitoral distortion and especially if liposuction was done in that region, there may still be quite a bit of swelling.  Because of gravity, that region is the last to say goodbye to swelling.  My advice would be to be patient and give yourself time to heal.  Good luck and take care.

I am sorry to hear about the concerns you have. It is likely that with more time and “practice” you will be able to return to full sexual activity and “finish”. Remember, that there are significant (both) physical and emotional/psychological changes (and stressors) that occur around the time of major surgery;  be patient with yourself as you return back to your normal state (and adjust to the changes that have occurred).
