Vanquish is a radiofrequency technology, which should not be administered overlying any type of metal. Though the metal clips are intra abdominal, laying below the abdominal muscle and beyond the layer of subcutaneous fat targeted and heated by Vanquish, I would advise against performing Vanquish overlying any sort of metal clips as metal can absorb RF energy and heat up. Maybe consider Sculpsure or Coolsculpting instead.
