Can Vanquish be used on loose thin skin due to age related collagen loss after explant?

Non-surgical treatments will only give mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. With non-surgical treatments, skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, celllutone/Zwave. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as an arm lift, depending on skin laxity. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Hello and thank you for your question!  I would not recommend Vanquish for your concerns. I would however, recommend Exilis or Skin Tyte. It would be best for you to schedule a consult and be seen and evaluated for best treatment option. Hope this helps!

Hi.  Although Vanquish is an excellent treatment for fat reduction and skin tightening in the mid section, arms or thighs, I am not sure it will be as effective if there is not much fat to remove in the areas.  You can supplement with other noninvasive treatments such as Exilis Ultra, Skin Tyte, Thermage.  Thermitight or ThermiRF is also a great option if a minimally invasive procedure is o.k. for you.  Best, Dr. Gupta
