I had a breast augmentation done back in 2020 and they have been sitting high but nipples low ever since. I got 445/485 moderate plus profile. I did get pregnant and breastfeed but they looked wrong even before that. The side profile doesn't have that nice slope. I think the doctor didn't make the pocket big enough. What would I need done for my nipples to be centered? Can I keep the same implants? How much do you charge for this?

Answer: The pockets are fine Regardless how you looked before pregnancy, and I believe you that the nipple areolar complexes were low, the issue isn't the pockets. The issue is breast ptosis, or sagging. You need a breast lift, something you probably don't want to hear, and will likely look for other 'opinions'. Trust me. And no, a circumareolar lift would be insufficient; you'll need a true breast lift.

Answer: Breast lift to address low nipples Based on your photos, you likely have a right under breast fold, which makes it impossible to lower the implant enough to raise the nipple position without creating a “double bubble” deformity. You need a breast lift. This is even more likely if you had a pregnancy after surgery. You ca. keep the same implants. Sometimes, a small lift around the areola can be done under local anesthesia. But depending on the density of your tissue, a full lift might be needed to give you the look you want. Luckily, the recovery is usually faster and easier than with implants.
