Hello, I am thinking of getting breast augmentations however I have nipple piercings. I’ve had them since September 2017 and was curious if I were to take them out before surgery, will the hole close? Also, how long before surgery do I have to take them out? And lastly, is there any way I can keep the piercing in during surgery or is it better that I take them out?
