had top surgery 1 week ago and my nipple looks like this... should i be worried??

Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Due to the extent of redness present around your nipple, I would be concerned about your graft and would see your surgeon for an in-person evaluation.  Hope this helps.

jaesaii.  Sorry you are having this issue, and your photo demonstrates some redness and possibly signs of infection. You need to see your plastic surgeon ASAP for a full evaluation as antibiotics may be needed. Good luck.

I think there is merit in your concern. There is a fair bit of surrounding redness of the skin, and I suggest that you contact your doctor and have them evaluate you sooner rather than later.
