cuh53. Brava system is a suction device placed on the breasts that makes them slightly larger secondary to temporary swelling. It can be used in conjunction with certain breast procedures, however has never caught on with many plastic surgeons because of questionable efficacy. A Brava bra is a suction device which temporarily expands the breast with vacuum pressure. It is used more often today to prepare the breast for fat injections.
Thank you for your question. A Brava bra is a device similar to a breast pump that works to temporarily increase your breast size using vacuum suction. It only increases breasts by maybe a cup size, and is not a permanent solution. If you are looking for a long-term fix, my best advice would be to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. They can examine you and offer recommendations - augmentation with implants or fat grafting - that will offer the results you desire. Good luck!

It is best used in combination with breast fat grafting, or some other procedure to increase the breast volume. If you have any questions, call our office for assistance. Good luck!
