Solution for cone-like shaped nipples? (photos)

Question

I haven’t been able to find a procedure or solution online myself for something I’ve wanted for years. My nipples are almost cone-like in shape. This is especially true when my nipples are erect, as the areolas also constrict together. I’d love for the areolas to stay round in shape even when erect and have more definition between them and the actual nipples. Any opinions are much appreciated!

Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could make decision what can be done to change shape of your conic shaped nipples. Combination of wedge excision and base narroving would be one of the options. All is done in local anesthesia. Good luck.

The nipples can be surgically elongated to project more and stand out more acutely from the areola (usually we do this in the setting of inverted nipples). If you have not had kids/breastfed yet and would like to, I would advise waiting because this operation can affect the ability to breastfeed, and because that will often elongate the nipples in and of itself.

If you are concerned because your nipple appears too protuberant to you, it could be reduced in size using the donut excision technique (reduced in size and height).
