Is it possible to have your areolas and nipples repositioned?

Hello, I wanted to know if it was possible to have your areolas & nipples repositioned. I am happy with the size & shape of my breast, but I don't like that my nipples & areolas point downward. I would love if they could be raised a few inches from where they are. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

No, we cannot place an expander in that small area. The scarred area could be cut out, but that would make your nipples smaller.
