Do I need a nose job?

Everytime I see my myself in pictures or the mirror all I can see is my massive nose. My mum always tells me that it's not that big and I'm just overly self conscious and that's why I see it as big all the time! I need honesty, Do you think my nose needs work and what can be done for it? Also how much would it be?
