Can you get migraines from ear cartilage removal a year after a Revision Rhinoplasty? (photo)

I had a revision rhinoplasty that required some ear cartilage be removed and used as a graft in the procedure. I am afraid my doctor took too much cartilage as my ears are visibly asymmetrical (the one that had cartilage removed lays very close to my head, while the other ear sticks out 1"). It also feels like there is a big chunk missing that goes right up to where my ear meets my head and I am getting migraines that feel like they are pulsing from that ear. Is this normal? Will it get better?
