Can this hump be restored?

Sometimes we don’t appreciate something until it is gone. My old nose was beautiful and I miss it a lot. The hump was smoothed down during a closed rhinoplasty, but no other alterations were made. Is restoring this hump a reasonable request? And if so, would it require an open or closed incision?
