Revision Rhinoplasty Gone Wrong? What are my options? (Photo)

AKS8
Hi, in 2010 I had a rhinoplasty for a hump on my nose but the plastic surgeon ignored my hanging columella. 6 months ago I had revision Rhinoplasty and the surgeon pinned up my nose tip but now I noticed my nose looks cooked and hanging columella remains as my nose looks very long. Surgeon told me to massage my nose daily to fix the crooked part, will this work? What are my options? Revision Rhinoplasty, Botox to septum, filler, or any other treatments you can recommend please. Thank you! :)
