How hard is temporalis fascia placement?

Hello! I would not say it is difficult and in fact I use it a lot in thin skin. It helps to thicken the skin as you know. It's relatively easy to harvest from the temple. It will thicken and soften the tip though not dramatically. The healing time can take several months to reduce the swelling and integrate with the tissues. Additionally, we sometimes see a very light red hue within the skin from the fascia until incorporation with the tissues. Hope this helps!
