I had a revision 2 years ago and have some irregularities and discoloration at the tip, especially when weather changes. I have very thin skin according to my surgeon and he didn’t use fascia like I was hoping. How difficult is that for a minor correction? Would it change the shape? I like the shape but wouldn’t mind if it was a little wider from the thicker skin. What’s the healing time like for temporalis fascia overlay to the very tip?
