What can I do to help with lower face/jowls? (Photo)

This is a common concern for many, and luckily we have many treatment options for this! In my practice, I have had great results with RF Microneedling to help tighten the skin and reduce the jowling. Another great option for the chin and neck is to inject with Botox to help reduce the downward pulling of the muscles, and help lift the upper face. Chin filler combined with cheek filler placed strategically can help to give that face shape you are looking for.

However, clearly from the frontal view it would appear that the use of a robust HA volumizing filler, in the hands of an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector, would help to straighten and define the jawline and minimize jowl formation. The treatment should take no more than about fifteen minutes or so to perform and the results are typically immediate and engender little to no signficicant downtime.
