Thank you for your interesting question. I have only used the Brava system in the past in my patients undergoing autologous fat transfer to the breasts. The system you are referring to seems to be similar except for the fact that it uses a hand pump as opposed to an automatic battery operated pump. I would think that it would work just as well so as long as you commit to using it before and after the operation. I offer this to patients that have minimal donor site and wish to be more than one cup size larger. Occasionally, the option of storing your fat for second injection session is more appealing to patients that have adequate volume.
Thanks for bringing this up! I perform fat grafting and have actually never heard of that system so I looked it up. It looks similar to the BRAVA. I tend to use a small implant for baseline volume than add 100-150cc of fat on top to create a custom look that the patient wants (feather transition zone of the implant, cleavage etc) but if you are destined to try pre-expansion I am sure either system would be fine
can be facilitated by using suction devices such as what you describe. Understand you are not anticipated to get much more than a cup increase in size and you don't get as perky as you do with implants. I always recommend that when procedures are used that have iffy success rates, that you always know your doctor's revision policy and better, have an agreement that if a certain goal is not achieved, something is worked out to your benefit.
