It is very hard to give you a satisfactory answer without pictures.Many patients actually have good fat reserves and are not aware of it (sometimes of course it is the other way round), so first check with the surgeon of your choice what he thinks.I think one can get very nice results our of patients with very little fat, as long as their expectations are somewhat realistic.If really no fat is available, you will need to consider alternatives.
