I am too skinny to have fat transfer. Is it possible to grow fat in a lab and after transfer it into your body?

I have small breast and also have some liposuction irregularities that I want to correct with fat transfer. I don't like to use anything that's not from myself such as body fillers or implants. I am too skinny, if you take away the small amount of fat that I still have, it will cause other problem area's. Gaining weight isn't an option, since it is very hard for me + I don't have enough fat cells. I want my body nice/ curvy/ feminine. I don't like the fitness body or small breast.
