Hello! I am 25 years old! I’ve never had any breast surgery or anything like that. But I wanted to know why my right Areola looked like it was missing a chunk? Is that a scar? Is there anything abnormal looking about it? Is that indentation normal? I’m not sure if it’s simply lack of pigmentation or if it’s something to be concerned with? I have no pain or lumps.

Supernumerary nipples are usually not a cause for concern. A quick, noninvasive outpatient surgery can be performed to remove extra nipples with minimal pain and recovery time. Consult with a board certified PS via email or Skype.
When aroused or cold, the muscle fibers cause the nipples to contract and harden. They cause change to the size and shape of the areola, hardening and elevating the nipple and raising goosebumps all over the breast. When muscles contract, they make an attempt to release the fluid each gland has...
These bumps can be removed under local, and the scars would be very small. Smaller glands can be cauterized; larger ones, removed and sutured. Consult via email or Skype with a board certified PS to discuss the possibility of you having them removed.
