It is always difficult to comment on the appearance of any post surgical rhinoplasty after only three months, especially a revision rhinoplasty.  I think the good news for you is that the area that you are most concerned with is the area that still has a great deal of change to come.  The nasal tip takes quite some time to heal from a second nasal surgery so I would suggest patience for now.  Your surgeon may elect to treat your tip with a conservative steroid injection to move things along if the soft tissue of the nose feels full to them.  

You need to have patience with your body as it begins to heal. The skin, bone and cartilage are all traumatized during surgery. Inflammation (swelling) is the normal response and will help your nose to heal and look beautiful in the end. If, one year from now, you are unhappy with your nose, then that is the time to think about a revision procedure. Right now, concentrate on other things you like to do and let your nose and under eyes take the time to heal. You have to give yourself some more healing time.  Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure but give yourself some time before going back in so some of it can subside. It can take up to a year for final results.

You are still early in your recovery period and the nose is expected to be quite swollen at this point. The majority of the swelling will resolve in 3-6 months, and will continue to resolve as your nose heals for up to 1-2 years. You have not reached your final shape as the nose will continue to heal and reduce in size for up to a year. Once it does reach its final shape you may be more pleased with the appearance of your nose.

It is still too early to determine what the final result of your rhinoplasty will be. The swelling will likely resolve significantly in the upcoming months. Although the majority of swelling after rhinoplasty resolves by about 4 weeks, there is still some swelling even up to 12 months postoperatively. In general, swelling in the tip seems to take the longest to resolve. I would give it some more time and continue to follow all your doctor's postoperative instructions. Be sure to address any of your concerns with your doctor at your follow up visits. Best of luck!

I understand your concern but it is important that you know 3 months after rhinoplasty, your nose is still healing and will continue to change. You will see differences at 6 and again at 12 months. The nose can even change in appearance and function years later. Best thing is to be patient and continue follow up with your surgeon. Your surgeon may consider steroid injections at some point to help with remodeling of your nose. Unless there is an obvious major deformity I do not recommend or consider revision rhinoplasty less than a year after your surgery. There are tons of social media posts showing great results at 1 week or 1 month after surgery. If nose looks great in the that quickly I would be concerned about the final results years later.
