I had a rhinoplasty a year ago and the right side wasn’t sutured correctly, leaving me with a small open flap. Is there any way to correct this considering a year has passed? I wanted to correct it after the surgery but my surgeon said it was part of the swelling, gave me a cortisone shot, and that was it; even though I told her it was a suture problem
