I had a chalazion for 8 months now and recently I went to a doctor . They told me to treat it with a warm compress 4 times a day for 2 weeks. I started doing that when all of a sudden I woke up and my eyelid that had the chalazion was a bit swollen an red. 2 days later I looked at my eyelid and it felt like another chalazion/ stye on my eyelid. Where the chalazion already was .
