Hello, about 1,5 Years ago I had a full chin wing surgery to advance my chin about 4mm. I’m unhappy with the results for several reasons and I would like to completely reverse it by the full 4mm, to get my old face/lower jaw back. My biggest fear is that this will cause additional skin sagging in the submental / lower jaw area, more than there was before the surgery. Is this true? I had heard this could be the case for reverse genioplasty surgerys. I am 27, in case this matters.
